Vegas, baby!

This was my first time wearing red lipstick. Hmm I guess it has more of an orange hue than red but I adored wearing it. I felt like a sexy vixen all evening! 😛

My maid of honor wore the wrong shoes to the club and suffered greatly. She was a good sport<3

I was in Las Vegas for my bachelorette party from Friday to Sunday afternoon and verything was amazing! The trip was exactly what I had in mind. Countless laughs, drinks/gambling and endless girl talk. It wasn’t an epic Hangover-style type of party but I’m glad it wasn’t. That just wouldn’t have been me. 🙂

I slept a total of 8 hours during my entire trip. I think it was jet lag. I just couldn’t stay asleep! I’m paying dearly for it now. Oh and I don’t care much for gambling but I came up almost $100 at the 5 cents slot machine! I stopped playing after that. I didn’t want to push my luck. I’m a scared-y cat. Meow. 😛

I actually forgot my camera for most of my trip but here’s what I have. Enjoy!

Our rooms were in decimals. I found that cool.

Vdara’s cafe was pretty awesome. I didn’t order anything but their food selections looked delish.

My fruit salad and copious amounts of H20 on Saturday morning. We came home close to 5AM after gambling and drinking. 😛  There are no pictures of anyone in my bridal party because I was jet-lagged and unable to fall back asleep. Instead of hoping for someone to get up, I decided to get some exercise in and enjoy Vegas @ 8:30AM. The weather was amazing during our stay. No rain, just the right amount of sun and a refreshing breeze. *Note: 2 hours later: I came back home and they were still asleep!

They don’t know I took this…. and let’s keep it that way. 🙂

Autumn and Halloween themes were prevalent all throughout Vegas. Loved it!

I want one. I might not care for expensive bags or jewelry but I can be a hoarder of shoes. I don’t anymore obviously because I live in the Caribbean and don’t see the point of nice shoes. Who knows though when I move back next year…. 😉

Mixed up our own drinks before we hit the casinos! I think this was one of my favorite memories: All 6 girls drinking God-knows-what and talking about everything and anything. We were planning on just finishing a glass but we ended up drinking+talking for close to 3 hours!

Before we left on Sunday, we decided to hit up Mon Ami Gabi for brunch. I heard really great things on Yelp! and they didn’t disappoint. Food was delicious and the service was great. I highly recommend it.

And of course, my Starbucks unsweetened iced black tea lemonade during my wait. Never gets old.

  1. What a wonderful weekend with your girlfriends! Such hotties!
PS. Unsweetened iced black tea lemonade? Damn I’ve never heard of that combo…is it on their menu? And does it taste like lemonade? I always just get green tea, but I might have to try that one…

    1. Hehe. Thank you! And you’ve never had? Go go go! You could first try unsweetened if you like yours on the sweet side. It’s basically an Arnold Palmer’s sans alcohol. 😛
